Your membership with The Produce Box is not a long-term contract. You can cancel at any time. All memberships are automatically renewed each year and all members are billed the annual membership fee on Monday at the beginning of their anniversary week for the upcoming season. Please complete all cancellations before your anniversary week to avoid this billing.
If you would like to cancel your membership, please contact our Member Solutions team at (919) 904-4722 or submit a support ticket. Your ambassador will pick up your last empty Box the following week. All cancellation requests must be made by Sunday @ 9pm preceding the upcoming week’s order. Be sure to place a SKIP on the week to avoid the automated weekly Box from going through prior to your cancellation. A Box ordered will be delivered that week.
*Please note that deleting a credit card, retaining an expired card on file, or skipping weeks does NOT cancel your account. You must contact Member Solutions to completely cancel your account. Thank you!
