If you would like to cancel your membership, please log in to your member account and follow the steps below. Your Neighborhood Ambassador will pick up your last empty Box the following week if you indicate on the cancellation form that you have an empty box to return.
***Any cancellations that are submitted while there is an order showing on your account will be honored, but the box for that week WILL STILL BE DELIVERED. This rule applies to manual orders as well as weekly subscription auto-orders.
***Please note that deleting a credit card, retaining an expired card on file, or skipping weeks does NOT cancel your account. You must cancel your account as noted below in order to cancel your account effectively. Thank you!
How to Cancel your Membership:
Step 1: Click on the "Manage Your Deliveries" tab in your member account
Step 3: At the bottom of the page click on "Change My Subscription"
Step 4: Choose the option that best fits your situation: 1) Get a smaller box, 2) Pause your deliveries, 3) Become a Customer with no yearly membership fees or auto-deliveries, or 4) Cancel.
Step 5: Click the box if you have an empty box to return and choose the reason that best describes your situation and reason for canceling.
After this, you will see a confirmation screen that your account has been effectively canceled. You will also receive an email confirmation for your records.
