If you have a quality concern, please let your Neighborhood Ambassador know as soon as possible and we’ll try to get you a replacement item ASAP! You can find your ambassador's information on your member account at the top right hand side. We want to bring the farm to your table and have you enjoying those delicious fruits and veggies at your next meal!
We also have the option to request a credit in your account for an item that isn't quite up to par in your Box.
Click the Orders tab in your member account.
Select the Box for which you need a credit
Click the green Need a Product Credit button at the top
Indicate the issue, item, and a description of the concern.
Your credit is added in right away to go towards your next Box!
