Trouble logging in?  We understand that can be frustrating and we are here to help!  Here are a couple things to try: 


1.  Try using a different browser.  Our site is not supported by some browsers, and works best with Chrome, Firefox and Opera.  


2.  Clear the "cookies" on your browser.

3.  If you are still having trouble, reach out to our Help Desk for assistance.  We can reset your password for you or help troubleshoot any other contributing factors


4. Sometimes your AutoFill settings on your Apple device can keep you from logging in with a new password or email address. Here's a quick video to help you turn off the AutoFill so your device doesn't keep populating the wrong log-in combination.


Go to Settings -> Safari -> Auto-Fill -> Names and Passwords (toggle OFF)
